Biography

Andrew Ragusa is a New York State licensed real estate broker and Broker of Record for REMI Realty LLC. He works with buyers and sellers across Nassau and Suffolk Counties, generally within about an hour of Route 110, and also handles transactions in Queens and Brooklyn. His practice is built around the decisions that do not fit a standard listing appointment: inherited and trust-owned homes, vacant houses, properties that need work, tenant-occupied sales, foreclosure timelines, and selling one home while buying another. He walks the property in person, puts numbers on the options, and explains the tradeoffs the same way he would at the kitchen table — including when the better decision is to sell as-is or not spend money on repairs.
